1. Survey

From 50 to 10,000 workstations, we’ll survey your furniture and IT equipment then provide a bespoke quote.

2. Deliver Managed Clearance

We remove your redundant office furniture and equipment to ensure a clear footprint ready for site handover.

3. Redistribution

Typically between 80-100% of items are redistributed to schools and charities around the world and damaged items are recycled.

4. Project Report

We provide a report detailing CO2 savings, cost savings and the positive impact of your Ethical Clearance project.

We proudly partner with IT specialists to safely manage your IT disposals. Through this process, we refurbish the best for our charitable redistribution pool and safely recycle unusable items.

Each items passes through our Data Destruction process to US and UK MOD standards. We issue Data Destruction Certificates and Waste Transfer Notes with every collection for WEEE regulations and The Data Protection Act compliance.

Compliant IT Clearance Providers

Partner Spotlight:

In this project we managed ethical clearances for our partner Sodexo, delivering large scale clearances for two of their blue chip customers. We removed over 2,000 seating position items and redistributed to good causes locally and all over the world, achieving over 90% reuse for one customers and over 80% for the other.
